Full dental exam
Tooth-by-tooth check, bite alignment, soft-tissue exam, and digital X-rays (only when needed, with lowest-dose settings).
Fluoride varnish
A quick paint-on treatment that strengthens enamel for 3-6 months. Takes less than a minute and comes in cotton-candy.
Sealants
A thin protective coating painted into the deep grooves of back molars. Reduces cavities by up to 80%, essentially invisible.
Home-care coaching
A one-on-one sit-down with the hygienist on brushing, flossing, snack choices, and whatever habit you're trying to break.
Every 6 months
Most kids come in twice a year. Higher-risk kids may come every 3-4 months. We'll tell you the exact cadence.
a note on fluoride
Yes, we use fluoride. Here's why.
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the ADA, and the CDC all recommend topical fluoride varnish for kids, it's one of the most effective, well-studied preventive treatments in modern dentistry.
If you have questions or concerns about fluoride for your kid, please ask us. We're happy to talk through the science and your family's circumstances. If you decide against it, we respect that and will focus on other preventive tools.
